You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, property charges and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel bookings if any information on any related website and/or mobile app is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed a booking).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Information you provide
When you book a reservation through our website and/or mobile app, we ask you to provide personally identifiable billing information by filling out and submitting an online form (if you have not created an account with us already). This information includes your full name, billing address, phone number, your credit card number, expiration date, card security code, and email address. We may also ask you for the names of other people for whom you are booking accommodation.
How we use your information
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a reservation, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:
To personalise user's experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested.

To process and book your reservation and to notify you of your reservation status.

Disclosure of your information
We disclose the information filled out in the Room preferences section, which includes the names in which rooms are booked, to accommodation providers for the purpose of reserving your accommodation. We do not disclose any information filled out in the Billing details section to them.
We may also disclose any of your information: if required to do so by law;
To our providers of services such as credit card processing, on the basis that they do not use or disclose your information for any other purpose, unless required to do so by law.
To our affiliates, whose privacy policies are similar to ours, if necessary to provide emergency accommodation for you
If necessary to enforce a contract with you, or resolve a dispute with or complaint from you
How we protect visitor information
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an reservation, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
Accessing your information
You can request access to, and update, the personally identifiable information we have collected about you by contacting us via the 'Support' page. You can also change your personally identifiable information on your account area on our website.
