Terms and Conditions

  • Administration fee of A$10.00 applies to physical cards.
  • Gift card can only be redeemed on prepaid bookings displayed on this website.
  • Only one gift card is redeemable per booking.
  • Bookings can only be made through the call centre during business hours Mon – Fri by calling 1800 244 400.
  • Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry.
  • If your gift card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by calling 1800 244 400
  • Any bookings subsequently cancelled will be charged a A$20.00 administration fee for reissue of card.
  • Excluding non refundable booking.
  • Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Gift card is non transferable.
  • Online Travel Group reserves the right to cancel a gift card purchase, if we are unable to authenticate the card holder or account owner for another form of payment.
